SATURDAY, JUNE 1, 2024 GENERAL MEETING


Host: Memory Makers Quilt Guild

Location: United Methodist Church of Kent, 1435 E Main St, Kent, OH 44240

This meeting will be the final celebration of our 35th Anniversary.  There will be a short business meeting which will include the review and approval of the 2024-2025 annual budget and the kick-off for the 2025 Getaway with class selections. The meeting theme is a garden tea party. 

More information and sign up instructions will be posted on the website, Facebook page, and will be sent out to you as it becomes available. We will be asking for a headcount for room setup and the refreshments

Time: 10:00am

HOST GUILDS NEEDED

NEORQC currently offers $250 to Member guilds to host the general meetings to help cover expenses.

The Host Guild supplies these basic needs:

  • Facility with room setup for the meeting
  • Educational Program Speaker
  • Lunch is generally potluck, but the host supplies light morning pastries, coffee and punch and table service (i.e. plates and eating utensils)

NEORQC has its own microphone system if one is not available at the facility.
