Quilt Guild Membership Form
Dues are $1.50 per member with a $20 minimum per-guild payable by January 31st every year. When submitting a Guild Membership Form, please also include a roster listing the names all of your members.
Emails reminding members that it is time to renew your membership are sent to all Guild Contacts that are currently registered in our NEORQC Membership records. If you are no longer the Guild Contact, please forward the renewal information to the person responsible for registration and dues in your guild.
Viewing and Printing the Quilt Guild Membership Form
Upon selecting the “View Form” button below, the website will both download the PDF and open it. To print the file, use the “Print” icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. You will need to use your browser’s “back” button to return to this page. If trying to print from an iPad, tablet, or mobile device, look for a square with an arrow to view available options.
The “Download Form” button will only download the file to your computer without opening it for viewing.
