Purpose

The purpose of NEORQC is to promote fellowship and serve as a coordinating body for the quilting activities of the Council’s members.

The Council shall work to promote the fine art of quilting and raise public awareness of the art form.

Membership

The membership of this organization shall consist of guilds, independent shops or service businesses, teachers, resource and corporate members in the Northeast Ohio geographical areas as defined by the Ohio Department of Transportation, including the counties of: Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Knox, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumball, Tuscarawas, and Wayne.

  • Guilds: Dues will be assessed at $1.50 per member with a minimum of $20 per guild. A membership list must accompany the payment.
  • Independent Shops or Service Businesses will be assessed $50.00 a year.
  • Teachers and Resources will be assessed at $30.00 a year.

Dues are payable to the treasurer by January 15th of each calendar year.

  • Listing information will be removed from the website for those renewals not received by the due date.
